Spring Conference:  Saturday, April 18, 2020

CALL FOR PROPOSALS: 

Proposals are now being accepted for workshops at our spring 2020 conference on Saturday, April 18, in beautiful Bend, at Cascade Middle School. The theme is "Storytelling" and we are excited to welcome novelist Karen Spears Zacharias as our keynote speaker. Proposals for 50-minute workshops on approaches to genres, authors, and titles, as well as on writing narratives, are welcome from current and retired teachers, graduate students, and librarians. Please send your proposal to lea.mathieu@bend.k12.or.us by January 1, 2020. The conference schedule will be final by January 18. We look forward to hearing your ideas!
